Growing up in a family with a lineage of dementia and autism spectrum condition, I have taken on caregiving roles to support their overall well-being. With extensive work experience in the mental health domain, my current role as a care assistant has equipped me with a robust skill set. I am efficient and possess excellent time management skills, even in high-pressure situations. Additionally, I have strong interpersonal communication skills and practice active listening.
